Biological Sciences Learning Center
The Donnelley Biological Sciences Learning Center opened in 1993, with interactive teaching laboratories, classrooms, lecture halls, specialized facilities for computer-simulated biological experimentation, and a rooftop research greenhouse. The space is home to the Pritzker School of Medicine and provides facilities for MD/PhD students in the Medical Scientist Training Program.
The Donnelley Biological Sciences Learning Center is named in honor of Dorothy and Gaylord Donnelley and the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation, whose support of the University of Chicago spans several decades and numerous programs.
